HOW IT WORKS: Once you sign up, we send you an intake form and you send this back to us with your current resume, then we you have a Zoom call with a Talent Ally. WHAT YOU GET ON THE CALL: • Career goals exploration: We help you identify and understand your career goals. •The “needs” identification: We identify what you need, versus, what you want, versus what you really want out of your career. •Life goals discussion: We want to know about your life goals, so we can weave these into your career goals. •Job application strategies: We help you understand the most current job application environment for your industry and share unique techniques for gathering feedback. •Company targeting: We identify your “Top 5” companies for prospective employment and provide meaningful connections to relevant staffing firms. •Follow-up questions: You coach will reply to email if you have follow-up questions.
