Austin Pleat
Austin, with 13+ years of HR experience, is the Owner and Chief of Talent at HirePlace since July 2019. He's expanded to four locations across Florida and Tennessee. Prior roles at Healthcare Bluebook and Rezult Group showcase his talent in achieving hiring results and business growth. With a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, Austin excels in building successful teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
Pete Cochrane
Pete started his recruiting career in 2000 as a Technical Recruiter in New York City. Within three years, he became one of the company's top producers. Transitioning to Modis, he excelled as a National Account Manager, ranking among the top 5 nationwide and facilitating placements for over 500 contractors. Later, he transitioned to a Program Manager role, overseeing relationships with over 30 staffing firms. Venturing into consulting at Hashrocket, Pete focused on selling custom development services.

With 15 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries, Ryan has honed his expertise in talent acquisition to deliver exceptional results. His versatile background enables him to navigate diverse hiring needs with ease, consistently sourcing top-tier candidates and driving successful placements.
